As we continue to grow, we are expanding our legal practice and are seeking General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel-level legal advisors for flexible engagements supporting multiple clients.

Who you are

You are a seasoned legal operator who can guide clients at a strategic level while also executing day-to-day work. You are comfortable moving quickly, staying responsive, and delivering high-quality work product without excessive process or oversight.

You will do well with our clients if you’re energized by variety, enjoy working directly with founders and operators who are innovating in their industries, and take pride in bringing sound judgment and a steady presence to fast-moving environments.

What you’ll do

Depending on the engagement, you may support clients across:

• Commercial contracts

• Corporate governance and entity management

• Intellectual property strategy and protection 

• Labor and employment matters 

• Fundraising support

• Practical legal guidance that helps teams move forward with clarity and confidence

What we’re looking for

• Former or current General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel, or equivalent senior legal experience

• Strong commercial instincts and comfort owning workstreams independently

• Excellent judgment, clear communication, and high responsiveness

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients with ease
